  • Operationally plan and perform internal audits and follow-up audits as auditor in Greater China and the APAC Region;
  • Provide objective assurance and independent review on the adequacy and effectiveness of STIHL's processes, internal controls and guide best practices;
  • Prepare audit results with high quality (incl. recommendations and solutions) and join the presentation to Senior Management and Executives;
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls for the whole STIHL Group (remotely) by coordinating and performing internal control testing cycles;
  • Report on control deficiencies and follow-up action plans to mitigate identified control issues. Requirements:
  • University level with relevant professional qualifications;
  • 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing industry;
  • Professional level of auditing within at least one of the following major fields of audit: Supply Chain, Finance and/or Sales;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (must) and Mandarin (must);
  • Team player, with the ability to multi-task, is flexible and can work under pressure;
  • High level of self-organization;
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Socially confident with good diplomacy and organization skills;
  • SAP knowledge is preferred;
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIA, CFE, etc.) are preferred but not mandatory;
  • Approx. 25% travel requirement (national and international).
