Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform first-level review and distribution of supplier Product/Process Change Notifications (PCNs).
• Coordinate and track team's projects, ensuring timely progress, communication, and follow-up.
• Conduct supplier data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases to support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate smooth information flow and alignment between suppliers and internal teams.

Qualification & Requirements
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, project coordination, data analysis, or a similar role; promising recent graduates with strong learning agility and passion for the field can be considered.
• Experience working with suppliers and handling technical documentation (e.g., PCNs) is preferred.
• Previous exposure to reporting tools, Agile systems, or project management software is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) and other data analysis/reporting tools; knowledge of databases or BI tools is a plus.
• Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with a CET-4 score of 425 or above, or equivalent English level.
