What you'll do:

  • Keep alignment with product message from global official guidelines/UK product expert and update to China market.
  • Organize engagement for distributors and retailers on guitar amps, supporting them to improve awareness of the brand & products and efficiency on using them.
  • Provide technical support for local team related with guitar amps.
  • Plan and implement proper strategies of engagement adapted to all types of channels, based on the company's business development.
  • Support the in-store demo/VM and conduct regularly visits, to make sure the in-store products are in good condition and the display is consistent with global guideline.
  • Based on local strategy, to implement the engagement strategy to cater the business growth need.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • Training or engagement experience to retailers/distributors
  • Experience in the MI industry, preferably with electric guitars and amps
  • 2+ years of experience with product/brand engagement
  • Willing for business trip 2-3 times per month, occasionally to oversea countries
  • Great communication skills, patient and detail-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
