Responsibilities:

• Be able to, develop AI projects, has project experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), ChatBI (Conversational Business Intelligence), multimodal technology and Agentic RAG etc..
• Be able to design AI technical architectures, handle technical challenges encountered in projects.
• Be able to setup an AI performance evaluation mechanism to conduct efficient evaluations of AI models, improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of AI applications.
• Be family with AI trustworthy framework to guardrail AI applications and related data security.

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or other related majors.
• More than 2 years of work experience in the AI domain, with successful cases of leading teams in implementing projects such as RAG, ChatBI, multimodal, and Agentic RAG etc..
• Proficient in AI-related technologies and algorithms, familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks (such as Transformer, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and have in-depth understanding and practical development experience in large language models.
• Good English communication skills, able to communicate with client in English.
• Strong learning ability for new AI technology and trend.
