【工作职责】

1. 深入探索和分析原始数据,发现潜在的业务机会和数据价值

2. 针对不同类型的数据,选择合理的建模方法,产出具有业务逻辑的数据结果

3. 关注前沿数据分析与建模技术,评估其可行性并在实际工作中创新应用

【任职资格】

1. 国内外知名院校理工科相关专业,博士优先

2. 深入理解不同模型的特性,具备模型选型和应用优化的实践能力

3. 了解数据科学在量化投资中的实践应用,有相关项目经验优先

4. 对数据科学工作充满热情,自驱力强,逻辑严谨,善于合作

5. 熟练使用 Linux、Python、SQL 进行数据分析和建模

Job Responsibilities

1. Delve into and analyze raw data to identify potential business opportunities and extract data-driven value.
2. Select appropriate modeling methods for different types of data to produce data results aligned with business logic.
3. Stay updated on cutting-edge data analysis and modeling technologies, assess their feasibility, and innovatively apply them in practical work.

Qualifications

1. A degree in a STEM-related field from a reputable university, with a Ph.D. preferred.
2. Deep understanding of the characteristics of different models, with practical ability in model selection and application optimization.
3. Familiarity with the practical application of data science in quantitative investing, with relevant project experience preferred.
4. Passion for data science, strong self-motivation, rigorous logical thinking, and excellent collaboration skills.
5. Proficiency in using Linux, Python, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
