高级专员, 商务拓展(汽车数据合规)

I. Position Summary

As a part of the global innovative project, TÜV SÜD is strengthening the team in China in field of HAD under the global strategy based on local markets need. This position is targeted to strengthen new technical capabilities in automotive cyber security and support project implement for business development, enrich the current service portfolio and meet the BU Mobility Planning & Targets.

II. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for market research in the field of automotive data security (consulting, certification, compliance services), and identify the needs of target customers such as OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, data service providers, and regulatory agencies (60%) 负责汽车数据安全领域(咨询、认证、合规服务)的市场调研,识别主机厂、Tier1供应商、数据服务商等目标客户需求。(40%)
• Design data security technology solutions (such as GDPR, Data Act, etc.); Track domestic and foreign automotive data security policy trends and technology trends (e.g., autonomous driving, smart cockpit, ADAS, and highly-precision map data security, etc.) (20%) 设计数据安全技术解决方案(如GDPR, Data Act等);跟踪国内外汽车数据安全政策动态与技术趋势(如自动驾驶,智能座舱,ADAS,地图等数据合规)(40%)
• Output standard interpretations to support internal and customer team capacity improvement. (10%) 输出数据合规标准解读,支持内部及客户团队能力提升(10%)
• Other task assigned by manager. (10%) 完成汇报经理分配的其他任务(10%)

III. Job Requirements

• Degree in Data Security, Computer Science, Automotive or E&E Engineering, or equivalent. 数据安全、计算机科学、汽车、电子电器工程或同等学历的学士学位
• At least 5 years development experience in automotive electronics, including 3 years automotive date compliance experience. 至少五年汽车行业经验,包括3年数据安全相关经验
• Familiar with automotive data security related regulations (such as UNECE WP.29, GDPR, China's "Several Provisions on Automotive Data Security Management", etc.); Master data security risk assessment methodologies. 熟悉汽车数据安全相关法规(如GDPR、Data Act,中国《汽车数据安全管理若干规定》等).掌握数据安全风险评估方法论
• Strong market sensitivity and insight into customer needs, good at finding business opportunities from policy trends (such as ICV access policies). 较强的市场敏感度与客户需求洞察力,擅长从政策趋势(如智能网联汽车准入政策)中发现商机
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 较强的沟通和表达能力
• Ability to cooperate with virtual global teams. 具备与全球团队合作的能力
• Experience in data security consulting firms, certification bodies, or automotive companies in data compliance is preferred. 具备数据安全咨询公司、认证机构或车企数据合规经验的优先考虑
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧
