工作职责
1. 研究公司业务所涉各国法律及合规政策,特别是进出口管制贸易合规等领域,完善公司合规制度、流程等合规管理体系;
2. 跟踪行业合规动态及公司合规风险变化,提供符合要求的可行性方案,并配合落地执行;
3. 根据业务需要完成日常合规筛查和相关档案管理;
4. 业务合同的制定及审核;
5. 对公司员工进行合规法律培训;
6. 上级交办的其他法务合规事项。

任职要求
1.法律专业,本科或以上学历,有较强的调查、分析、解决问题的能力和报告书写能力;
2.出色的中英文书写、表达交流能力,英文可作为日常工作语言;
3.进出口管制贸易合规2年及以上工作经验,有半导体相关行业经验的优先;
4.责任心强,主动性强,执行力强;
具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、抗压能力、适应能力及团队合作意识。
