Responsibilities include proactively identifying process delays and compliance risks, developing mitigation plans to minimize operational and legal exposures, and delivering timely professional consultation and solutions to employees and business units. This role requires ongoing monitoring of immigration policy updates, proposing process optimization recommendations aligned with business needs, and driving improvements in team efficiency and service quality. Additional duties involve managing relationships with vendors, guiding interns in daily tasks, and collaborating closely with HR teams to ensure all activities adhere to corporate policies and legal requirements while delivering high quality outcomes. Respond promptly to mobility-related inquiries and requests from employees and business, providing accurate and professional solutions. Escalate complex cases or exceptional situations not covered by existing policies in a timely manner, while offering feasible recommendations based on regulations and company guidelines to facilitate swift resolution. Continuously monitor changes in Chinese immigration policies and industry trends, propose forward-looking process improvement suggestions aligned with evolving business needs to enhance team responsiveness and service quality. Take charge of building the team's knowledge base, promoting process standardization and automation to improve overall efficiency and professional reputation. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, conduct regular performance reviews of core suppliers, and ensure they deeply understand Disney culture and service requirements through training, boosting collaboration efficiency and support quality. Guide interns in their daily work, helping them quickly adapt to work rhythms and ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of tasks. Work closely with other HR teams within Shanghai Disney Resort to establish effective collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strictly adhere to all human resources policies, company guidelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed with high quality within legally and company-specified timelines. Perform other duties as assigned by management. 职位要求: 本科学历,八年以上跨国企业人力资源,或国际派遣服务相关领域的工作经验 出色的冲突协调与共赢意识,能够在复杂情景中识别关键矛盾,主动提出可行的解决方案并推动落实 较强的逻辑思维与系统化工作能力,坚持原则的同时能够灵活调整执行策略 能够准确判断问题的紧急程度与影响范围,并主动设定跟进机制 高度关注细节与工作准确性,对涉密信息具备严格的保密意识 优秀的中英文沟通与表达能力,能熟练运用双语进行跨团队交流和文件撰写 认同迪士尼的企业文化与价值观,能够将其融入日常工作行为与服务理念中 良好的协作意识,能够与各部门团队建立信任,并保持高效协作 Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of work experience in multinational corporations, specializing in human resources, global mobility services, or related fields Strong conflict resolution skills and a win-win mindset, capable of identifying key issues in complex situations while proactively proposing and implementing practical solutions Demonstrates superb logical thinking and systematic working ability, maintaining principles while flexibly adjusting implementation strategies Able to accurately assess the urgency and impact of issues, and actively establish follow-up mechanisms Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with strict confidentiality awareness regarding sensitive information Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, fluent in bilingual communication and document preparation Embrace Disney company culture and values, and actively integrates them into daily work conduct and service philosophy Strong collaboration skills, able to build trust and maintain efficient cooperation with various departmental teams
