61 Warehouse operation
61 The Warehouse Manager CDC will be responsible to follow-up the monthly Productivity, Quality and Ship on time targets set by the Site Manager of CDC and identify areas where improvements can be made to achieve the KPI targets. Plan resources based on order volume, generate report from WM to review market order drop in pattern, work with Site Manager to support overall operation efficiency. Regularly organize and hold monthly and quarterly meetings to review the overall operation results of the warehouse and the performance of the employees.
Manage special project agreed and instruct by Site Manager of CDC according to market requirement
84 Team Management Set the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and bonus incentive plans for the CDC on an annual basis, and communicate them clearly to each employee in a timely manner Collaborate with employees to establish their annual personal goals and development plans. Organize regular town hall meetings for all employees to provide updates on current warehouse operations and KPIs. 61 QEHS System Management Responsible for the operation, certification, supervision and maintenance of the company's ISO 9001 (Quality management system), ISO Environmental management system) and ISO Occupational health and safety management system) systems. Organize the formulation, revision and review of global system documents (such as quality documents, procedure documents, etc.) to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of documents. Responsible for the controlled management of system documents, including the issuance, recycling, invalidation and archiving of documents Formulate annual internal audit plan, organize and implement internal audit, prepare internal audit report, and track the rectification of non-conforming items. 61 Global Project Coordinator Representation of CDC in Sandvik Building Safety Committee and safety coordinator for CDC in SMS Logistic LEAN coordinator for CDC 61 Statistics & reporting
Gather operational information in a timely manner, including all order data, timeliness data, QEHS data, etc., and report it monthly. Monitor the warehouse monthly KPI performance to agree targets with follow up meeting with Supervisors on the KPI's performance Generate effective visual graphics and form a reporting presentation.
