Assembler 变压器器身装配操作工

• 主要职责 / Main Accountabilities

学习、掌握器身装配各工序的操作技能并能独立作业: 线圈套装前的铁心准备、线圈套装及压紧、 嵌片操作及上轭收紧、引线连接与包纸、开关装配、器身完工清洁及辅助试验;

To study & master the skill of all processes of active part assembly and enable to work alone.

The process is cover and not limited to preparation work of before winding loading, winding loading

and mounting press, upper yoke blading and tightening, tap leads connection by HF brazing and

crimping, tap changer assembly, cleaning to completed AP and supporting to ratio test hold by

quality engineer.

对整个器身装配过程中的工装/设备安全运行负责;

Responsible to safety running of all equipment, facilities, tools in process operation.

完成日常工作中的每班分类安排的5S 工作 ;

To accept and implement 5s tasks arranged by each shift.

负责对器身装配整个过程的质检卡及时维护及填写;

Responsible for maintaining and filling on time of six sigma card during active part assembly

• 专业及其他要求 / Majors and other requirements

技校及同等水平学历,具有简单的机械识图知识及能力优先;

Technical school or equivalent education with primary knowledge & ability of mechanical drawing; 在指派师傅的带领和技能传授下,具备快速适应器身装配各工序操作的能力;

Ability of quickly adapt to all processes's operation relate to AP assembly tasks under guiding/coaching by appointed senior operator. 具备从事高空作业能力及安全意识;

Own the ability of working at height and safety consciousness.

具备良好沟通能力、经验总结能力;

Good communication skills, and lesson learning ability specially after mistook.

能胜任三班制工作安排及节假日的工作安排;

Be able to working under 3 shits per days and in holidays. Also accept the any days in a week to be as a weekend. 工作、交流态度端正;服从工作安排;好的团队意识及可塑性;

Good attitude of working and communication; Good acceptance of task allocation; Good teamwork and flexibility on developing journey. 身体健康,无相关工作禁忌病症如:心脏病、高空晕厥症、美尼尔氏综合症等与从事高频焊接、高空作业相违背的病症。

Good health without any restricted diseases such as heart disease/headache faint at

hight, Meniere's disease etc. which are conflict with work at height and HF brazing.
