  • Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials
  • Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation
  • Coordinate the consumption of chemicals,raw and auxiliary materials
  • Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly
  • Purchases new equipment (to draw up specification, make evaluation and technical analysis, install and implement in production)
  • Process continuous improvement and cost saving
  • Operator training and technician training

  • Minimum education level from Bachelor Degree in engineering basis
  • Knowledge of project management, data analysis and design of experiments
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc)
  • Engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
  • Working experience with multinational or intercultural teams
  • Good analytical skills with attention to details
  • Good stress management skills
  • Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
