该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述: 1.按照工艺规则,配合电路设计工程师完成模块的版图设计; 2.完成版图DRC,LVS等验证工作,提取寄生参数; 3.撰写版图设计文档;

  • 根据电路工程师的要求优化版图设计。 职位要求:
  • 电子类本科及以上学历; 2.了解和熟悉混合信号芯片版图设计流程; 3.能独立完成一般IC模拟版图设计工作; 4.熟练掌握IC模拟版图实现的相关EDA软件(如Cadence,Laker,Calibre等); 5.熟练掌握工艺制程的设计规则(Design Rule,ESD,Latch up等)及工艺特点; 6.熟练掌握CMOS的工艺流程及器件,芯片的物理特性,电器特性等; 7.性格开朗大方,具有较强的进取心和工作热情、较强的责任感和团队协作精神; 8.具有良好的沟通协调和文字表达能力。 说明:前期此岗位需到西安地区培训一年,一年后返回重庆工作。
