Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionPrinciple Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任Demonstrated experience in pre-launch and post-launch planning for new products, with a strong focus on the immunology Therapeutic Area.Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunitiesParticipate in brand strategy and action plan development and communication with the brand team and cross-functional teamMaintain good engagement with KOLs, and target regional key customersDrive execution excellence in product innovative disease management campaignsCollaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharingProvide support to department projects and take initiative in creative ideas of execution excellenceCommunicate and collaborate effectively with other brand relevant departmentsEducation/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书Bachelor aboveMinimum 3-5 years' experience of Marketing/Sales in Pharmaceutical or related industryGood communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-drivenStrong execution capability, strong cross-functional communicationExperienced in big brand (>500M) managementJob Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力Generate Market, Customer & Competitive InsightConnecting with othersInfluencingInnovationExecution with impactWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
