Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior A&R Analyst  to join our team and collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality analytical and reporting solutions. This role involves extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting automotive data to provide actionable insights that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the client engagement team, meeting with clients to understand their objectives, define requirements, and propose effective analytical solutions.
• Partner closely with the Sales Team to promote analytical capabilities and co-develop innovative solutions for both existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis using JATO databases and supplementary desk research.
• Design and deliver bespoke analytical solutions, including methodology development and presentation of findings.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery of client reports and analytical outputs.
• Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) checks to maintain consistently high standards that exceed client expectations.
• Review and approve report quotations promptly, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and feasibility within JATO's capabilities.
• Monitor macro trends in the automotive industry—such as regulatory changes, technological advancements, and consumer behavior—and identify opportunities for JATO to add value.
• Align with the company's guiding principles and contribute to the realization of its strategic vision.

Key Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to craft compelling management presentations and analyses that clearly articulate solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, open-minded, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., database analysis, quantitative research, marketing science, statistics, mathematics, business).
• Prior experience or internships in management consulting, market research, automotive firms, or international environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with and insight into the local automotive market is an asset.
