The Specialist, Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing recruiting administration support to Danaher's Talent Acquisition team in APAC, including China, India, JP and other countries upon needs.

Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a global working environment and how Danaher leverages DBS in all dimensions to drive results and win as a team. You will:

  • Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and other requests in alignment with global standards.
  • Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in projects both globally and within China on TA processes and systems.
  • Assist TA Specialists on the team during peak volumes or in their absence.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with WeChat account management and branding design is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills to balance multiple needs from different customers.
