Specialist Team Assistance

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • This TA/EE will mainly focus on the following tasks which requiresphysical presence in the office:

  • Management of company seals and associated processes(approximately 40-50% of working hours).

  • Assistance with CM contracts, such as handling NDAs (printing, receiving and sending, affixed signature and company stamp, scanning anduploading) and other administrative support specific to CM.
  • Processing company certificates and documentation requestsneeded for purposes such as visa applications.

  • Other Regular non-LP specific tasks, including:

  • OA 5S team: to make sure work place keep clean and in good condition

  • Company outing plan and team activities;
  • Monthly staff movement update ;
  • Support travel request and reimbursement when LP team needs;
  • Arrange regular meetings: Weekly meeting on Mondays, Non-SMD meetingon Wednesdays;
  • Catalog buy & Express
  • Vendors to provide legal service
  • Management of department items: Apple charger / hard-drive/ office supplies – teapot, electric kettle, etc..

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • We prefer candidates who are recent graduates (undergraduate degree completed), with minimal work experience of one year or less.
  • A background in law is not a requirement for this position.
