工作职责

• Working with team to formulate macro & micro strategies for PT/OT/ST units; developing and reviewing human capital.

• Assisting Director with SEC & MAB, Remoc meetings.

• Maintain a decent workload/schedule of patients & develop self OPD clinics.

• Arrange department therapist working schedule

• As department time keeper

• Overseeing schedules & weekend workloads of department.

• Cooperating with other healthcare staff to supply and receive relevant information about the background and progress of patients; and referring patients who need other specific medical attention;

• The Associate Manager assists in the supervision and education of physical therapists/occupational & speech therapists.

• Attend the marketing work.

• Works closely with MDT team to ensure seamless integration of UFH policies.

• To implement & formulate programs to identify & train new PT/OT/ST graduates from local institutions with the view of joining UFH.

任职要求
Qualification:

• Valid Chinese advance rehabilitation therapist license;

• A genuine concern for the wellbeing and health of patients;

• Efficient rehabilitation therapist experience in specific expertise;

• Good English level;

• Capable of self-evaluation and high workloads under Director's supervision.
