Mission of the Role / 职位使命:
To strategically lead and integrate the full continuum of medical workforce development and academic excellence across UFH. This encompasses the entire lifecycle of medical staff engagement – from credentialing, onboarding, and professional development to academic advancement, research governance, and strategic partnerships – while actively driving Primary Care transformation initiatives for the Group.
战略引领并整合和睦家医疗集团全体系的医职力发展与学术卓越建设。涵盖医务人员从资质认证、入职融入、专业发展到学术提升、科研管治及战略合作的全周期管理,同时积极推动集团基础医疗改革计划。
Core Responsibilities / 核心职责:
1. Strategic Medical Workforce Leadership / 战略医职力管理领导力
a) Staff Qualification & Education (SQE) / 医务人员资质与教育管理:
i. Develop & govern credentialing/privileging policies & standards. / 制定并管理医务人员资质认证与授权政策及标准。
ii. Oversee credentialing for all physicians (full/part-time, international). / 监督全体医生(全职/兼职、外籍)资质审核。
iii. Lead Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) programs & reporting. / 领导持续职业实践评估(OPPE)项目及报告。
iv. Manage new technology introduction & privilege criteria. / 管理新技术引进及授权标准制定。
v. Oversee SQE software systems (MD-Staff, MD-Stat, etc.). / 监管SQE软件系统(MD-Staff, MD-Stat等)。
vi. Conduct & remediate SQE & new technology audits. / 执行SQE及新技术审核并落实改进。
b) Professional Development & Culture / 专业发展与文化建设:
i. Design & deliver Medical Leadership & Management Training. / 设计并实施医疗领导力与管理培训。
ii. Manage Fellowship Programs (e.g., EM Fellowship). / 管理专科培训项目(如急诊医学Fellowship)。
iii. Oversee Continuing Professional Development (CPD) strategy & execution (e.g., Noon CME). / 监管持续专业发展(CPD)战略与执行(如午间CME)。
iv. Lead Medical Humanities & Art of Medicine training for onboarding physicians. / 领导新入职医师的医学人文与"医学艺术"培训项目。
c) Specialist Repository Management / 专家库管理与发展:
i. Establish & maintain standards for the UFH Specialist Repository. / 建立并维护和睦家专家库标准。
ii. Develop & manage the AI-powered specialist search platform. / 开发并管理AI智能专家搜索平台。
2. Academic Development & Research Governance / 学术发展与科研管治
a) Research Governance & Capability / 科研管治与能力建设:
i. Establish frameworks & oversee Research Governance across UFH. / 建立框架并监管集团科研管治。
ii. Manage the Academic Incentive Plan (AIP). / 管理学术激励计划(AIP)。
iii. Facilitate research publications & professional advancement. / 促进科研发表与专业职称晋升。
iv. Lead academic promotion initiatives (e.g., Innovation Week). / 领导学术推广活动(如学术创新周)。
b) Clinical Training & Education / 临床教学与教育:
i. Manage partnerships & placements for medical students (e.g., HKMA, HKU, CUHK). / 管理医学生实习合作与安排(如香港医学会、港大、中大)。
ii. Oversee Tsinghua International FM Master's program teaching & practicum. / 监管清华国际全科医学硕士项目教学与基地实习。
iii. Develop & manage FM Problem-Based Learning (PBL) curriculum & partnerships. / 开发并管理全科医学PBL培训课程及合作。
c) CME, Conferences & Partnerships / 继续医学教育、学术会议与合作:
i. Secure & manage CME accreditation partnerships & program execution. / 获取并管理CME资质合作及项目执行。
ii. Strategically plan, develop, & execute high-impact academic conferences
iii. Cultivate & manage strategic academic partnerships. / 拓展并管理战略学术合作伙伴关系。
3. Primary Care Reform Leadership / 基础医疗改革领导力
a) Lead & support the "Primary Care Reimagination Project" Group-wide. / 领导并支持集团"基础医疗改革项目"。
b) Develop & implement strategies for the Family Medicine Network. / 制定并实施全科医疗联网支持策略。
4. Team & Operational Leadership / 团队与运营领导力
a) Lead, manage, & develop the MSO department staff. / 领导、管并发展医务处团队成员。
b) Foster collaboration with facility staff & leadership. / 促进与各院区员工及领导的协作。
c) Manage key physician resources (UpToDate, databases). / 管理关键医师资源(如UpToDate、数据库)。
d) Oversee key meeting coordination (CMO, MSO). / 监管核心会议协调(首席医疗官会议、医务处会议)。
e) Perform other duties as required by the VPMA. / 履行医疗事务副总裁要求的其他职责。
任职要求
Qualifications:
Education / 教育背景:
• Master's degree essential in Health Services Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field. / 必需拥有医疗服务管理、工商管理、管理学或相关领域硕士学位。
• Doctorate (PhD, MD, DBA) or significant research leadership experience highly preferred. / 博士(PhD、MD、DBA)或重大科研领导经验者优先。
• Master of Health Administration (MHA) or similar leadership qualification strongly preferred. / 医疗管理硕士(MHA)或同等领导力资质者尤佳
Experience / 经验:
• Minimum 8-10 years in senior healthcare management, with proven strategic leadership. / 至少8-10年高级医疗管理经验,具备经证实的战略领导力。
• Extensive experience in medical staff services (credentialing, privileging, OPPE), academic program development (CME, conferences, research, training), and medical workforce strategy. / 在医务服务(资质认证、授权、OPPE)、学术项目发展(CME、学术会议、科研、教学)及医职力战略方面拥有丰富经验。
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects, conference management, and securing sponsorships. / 在领导大型项目、管理学术会议及获取赞助方面有成功经验。
• Deep understanding of private healthcare operations AND public hospital systems (China experience mandatory, international preferred). / 深刻理解私立医疗运营及公立医院体系(必须具备中国经验,国际经验优先)。
• Experience in primary care transformation/network development is a significant advantage. / 基础医疗改革/网络发展经验是重要优势。
