"礼想储备生 - 医药推广" 项目旨在为期望投身医药行业的应届生提供绝佳的实践机会与培养道路。在资深经理的专业辅导下,储备生将在至少三个月的实习期内参与礼来产品的市场推广工作,全方位锻炼职场技能,踏出从学生转变职场人的第一步。在临近毕业之际,我们将集中评估各位储备生的实习表现,其中表现优秀的储备生将有机会拿到全职Offer,成为一名正式的礼来人。

你的职责:

专业知识学习:掌握包括但不限于礼来公司和医药行业相关信息、基础产品和合规知识、学术推广技巧等内容;

推广技能提升:跟随地区经理和带教师傅建立与区域客户的有效沟通,通过专业的学术推广向客户提供解决方案,在实习期间不设有业务指标;

跨部门合作:协调内外跨团队资源,参与区域市场项目的执行与实施。

基本要求:

全日制本科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生,优先考虑生物科学、制药工程、药事管理等药学相关专业或与制药相关的商科专业。

优先考虑有医药行业相关实习或有在高校组织担任干事经验的学生。

拥有良好的沟通能力和学习能力,具备积极向上的心态和勇于挑战的韧性。

确保实习期至少3个月。
