Job Title:Asia Sales ManagerThis position belongs to Ferroxcube ( Dongguan ) Ltd, a subsidiary of YAGEO Groups.Purpose / Summary:As the head of our sales team, you will build an excellent sales engine that drives sustainable business growth. Shaping and delivering outstanding customer value, leading the market and team to win. Develop strategic layout, empower elites, ensure winning rate, and achieve market breakthrough. Your Impact in This RoleKey Responsibilities:• Drive Regional Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and achieve revenue targets for ferrite cores.• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional sales team• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEMs and EMS. Take over and develop transfer business from EMEA and US.• Channel Management: Develop and manage distribution networks across multiple Asian countries, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity; provide feedback to PM and R&D team.• Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with application engineers to support customer design-in activities and ensure technical alignment with customer requirements.• Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline development, and regional performance reporting.• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product management, operations, and global supply chain teams to meet customer delivery and quality expectations.What We're Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related field.• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in electronic components, preferably ferrites, inductors, or magnetic materials.• Proven experience managing sales across multiple countries in Asia.• Technical aptitude in electromagnetic principles and power electronics applications.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Fluency in English and Mandarin required• Willingness to travel across the Asia region.• Work location: Dongguan/SuzhouNice-to-Have Advantages:• Background with leading manufacturers or distributors of ferrite cores and passive components.• Familiarity with key industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, AEC-Q200).• Experience in industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics sectors.• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems.Why These Matter:These qualifications help ensure you'll thrive in our global innovation environment and contribute meaningfully from day oneApply in just 2 steps: Click"Easy Apply"on LinkedIn (takes
