As a Social Media Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the operation and optimization of key social media platforms, driving brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth. This role requires in-depth understanding of social media trends, strong content planning and project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact social media campaigns.

Your mission

  • Creative thinking and ability to come up with engaging content ideas, creation, curation, and editing, including copy, visual & videos.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, values, and messaging.
  • Plan and schedule content publication across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent flow of engaging material.
  • Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Campaign/PR/RM/SpoMa/EC/Customer service to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with overall business operations.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers as needed for content creation, campaign execution, etc.

Your story

  • 6 - 8 years of marketing experience, in social media operation or digital marketing, with proven experience in leading social media campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing social media that drove significant results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
