Job responsibility: 工作职责: 1. Register and Scan invoices 主要负责登记一些财务付款及发票的扫描 2. Register TE claims 登记付款 3. Register VAT-input invoices 增值税发票登记 4. Prepare the documents for bank loan 银行贷款资料准备 5. Go to bank, tax bureau and agency office for documents delivery 去相关银行,税务局办理事宜 6. Filing the accounting documents for AP, TE and AR. 付款,报销等资料录入 Main requirement: 工作要求: 1. At least 3 days per week; 一周至少出勤3天 2. Can start work immediately 可立即入职 3. Can work at least 5 months 可实习至少5个月 4. Careful, down to earth, smart 认真仔细,踏实靠谱,学习能力强 5. Experience in corporate internships 有企业实习经验
