We help enhance logistics and supply chain management of drugs and treatments while providing the industry with more tools to better improve people's health and lives. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing and organizing consulting project documentation.
  • Record and archive project meeting minutes.
  • Help team members organize data and materials, including interview notes from industry experts.
  • Support team members in writing reports, including adjusting and translating PPT content.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and above degree, major in CS, Science or Finance Management etc.
  • Historical internship experience is a plus
  • Working place: IQVIA office or clients' site
  • Familiar with MS office; English can be working language
  • Good in communication; can work in a team; reliable

岗位职责

       ● Tech项目文档编写及辅助整理

       ● 项目会议纪要记录及整理归档

       ● 协助项目组同事整理数据和资料,包括访谈纪要等

       ● 协助项目组同事撰写相关报告,包括PPT内容的调整,翻译等

       ● 帮忙完成团队交予的其他相关工作

任职要求

       ● 学历(专业)要求 : 本科及以上学历的在校生,计算机、理工背景优先考虑

       ● 有过往实习经验加分

       ● 实习地点:IQVIA shanghai

       ● 实习时长:3-5天/周, 3-6个月、可尽快入职

       ● 技术要求:熟悉Office办公软件,英文可以作为工作语言

       ● 其他要求:优秀的沟通能力、协调能力、做事认真细致有条理
