Job Description:

重建业务实习生

主要职责描述:沟通协调、线上/线下流程跟进、项目跟进、资料数据等分析整理

具体工作内容:

  • 辅助BR团队内部沟通,各项表格、数据收集和整合,项目节点提醒,各类系统流程操作

  • 内部会议和活动执行协助:包括会议室预定、会邀发送和提醒与会人、会议相关资料准备、会议记录和会后跟进事项发出

  • 在主管指导下进行文献、指南等查询和整理

  • PPT美化等各项辅助

  • 主管交办的其他工作

能力要求:

  • 认真负责

  • 严谨细致、细节导向

  • 医学相关学历背景优先,985/211学历背景优先,英文阅读能力强

  • 擅长沟通协调、灵活性强

  • 积极向上

  • 每周能来上海办公室工作至少3天以上时间
