As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our organization in the China and Asia, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders across several offices (Shanghai, Beijing, X, HK, India, etc.) to drive HR strategies and initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, and support talent acquisition and development. Your primary focus will be on aligning HR practices with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the overall success of our organization in the region.
