HR BP ( HR Specialist /Officer 人事专员/主任)

岗位职责 Responsibilities
- 作为业务伙伴, 提供专业HR服务支持公司长期、中、短期的业务/部门发展战略和人力资源战略; Provide account servicing and work as business partners to support company's long term, medium and short term business /department development strategy and human resource strategy;
- 针对复杂的员工关系和人力资源问题提供解决方案和建议; Provide advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues;
- 找出人力资源可以为业务增加价值的新机会 Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
- 与人力资源部其他职能部门的同事合作,共享信息和资源,共同完成和推动团队项目Cooperate with colleague with other functions within Human Resource department, share information and resources, and work together to complete and drive team projects.
- 针对业务团队情况,清晰胜任力素质模型,设计人员成长路径及人员培养方案,有效制定和实施人才发展计划,并制定核心团队的继任者计划。Based on the business, understand the competency model, design the career path and training program, design and implement the talent development plan and formulate the successor plan of business team.
- 负责业务线岗位招聘,确保招聘的速度与质量Responsible for the recruitment of business positions, ensure the speed and quality of recruitment;
- 依据业务导向,不断优化与改进业务线的考核与激励方案;According to the business direction, constantly optimize and improve the business KPI ranking system and incentive scheme;
- 组织本业务部门员工的绩效管理、培训等工作,促进员工绩效改进;Organize the performance management, training of the business department, improvement of staffs' performance;
- 监控劳动力成本,人效产出,对业务线人员预算编制及监督执行负责,确保整体成本有效性得到提升;Monitor the labor cost and human efficiency output, responsible for the budgeting and implementation of the personnel in the business team, to ensure the overall cost effectiveness is improved;
- 制订并执行各业务部门HR年度工作计划 和WCM 的PD 活动;使用Workday系统管理人员信息。Design and implement the annual HR plan of business and conduct WCM PD activities; Use the Workday system to manage personnel information.
- 作为业务部门和人力资源之间的联络人,确保人力资源服务与内部客户的需求保持一致 Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。Other tasks assigned by superior leader.
任职要求 Qualification
- 本科以上学历,销售(包括销售分析),市场,及人力资源相关专业,3-5年担任HRBP独立支持业务部门的经验,有销售HRBP的经验优先考虑; Bachelor degree or above, major in Sales, Marketing or Human Resources, 3-5 years' working experience as HR BP to support business department development. Experiences in sales BP (including sales analysis) is preferred;
- 对于业务团队有长期支持经验,对于激励与培养发展有独到见解;Long term support experience for business team, have unique insight on motivation and people development; 自我驱动,独立思考力强,具备优秀的承压能力,沟通能力,项目协调能力,快速学习能力。Self-driven, independent thinking , able to afford pressure , communication skill, project coordination and quick learning ability.
- 对于人力资源各模块业务有全面的理解,并能熟练运用各模块工具对业务部门提供专业指导和支持;Have a comprehensive understanding of each HR module, can use the tools of each module to provide professional guidance and support to the business department;
- 熟悉常用计算机软件,如Windows、word、Excel等; Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel Good command of oral and written English;
- 良好的英语听说读写能力; Good command of oral and written English;
- 熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规。Familiar with local municipal and state labor regulations;
- 能够接受出差。Willing to travel.
