Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative connector and harnessing solutions to meet customer requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Production, to ensure seamless implementation and technical feasibility of designs
• Lead and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and adherence to quality standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including 2D/3D CAD models, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to source components and ensure compliance with specifications
• Perform feasibility studies, simulations, and testing to validate designs and ensure performance and reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for product optimization and cost reduction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and standards to incorporate innovative solutions into product designs Qualifications Skills:

Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Several years of experience in connector and harnessing design (or similar area), ideally in a tech-driven or automotive environment

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, SolidEdge) for creating detailed 2D/3D designs

Understanding of connector and harnessing standards, materials, and manufacturing processes would be advantageous

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SAP) is a plus

Fluent in English (word and writing)

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, innovative mindset

Intercultural competence and a team-oriented approach to work in an international environment
