Job Title: Road Machinery 3D Guidance System Technical Manager (Smart Operations Focus)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Core Technology Planning

2. Technology Breakdown
   : Deconstruct system requirements into core modules including multi-sensor fusion positioning (GNSS/IMU/LiDAR), high-precision control of hydraulic/electrical actuators (proportional/servo valve dynamic response optimization), and adaptive algorithms for complex site conditions (e.g., dynamic deformation compensation for soft subgrades). Establish priorities for technical breakthroughs.

3. Technology Roadmapping
   : Orchestrate the development pace across algorithm, hardware, and electrification modules. Define clear iteration targets (e.g., V1.0: centimeter-level positioning + rough grading control; V2.0: millimeter-level fine paving + dynamic compensation).

4. System Architecture & Technical Breakthroughs

5. Design the end-to-end system architecture (Perception-Decision-Execution layers), defining interface standards (e.g., sensor data formats, control command protocols) to ensure interoperability and coordinated operation across equipment (Motor Graders, Rollers, Pavers, Millers).

6. For
   centimeter-level control
   (Blade/Vibration Wheel elevation error ≤ ±2cm) on Graders/Rollers/Dozers, optimize multi-sensor fusion algorithms (e.g., RTK+IMU loosely-coupled positioning) to enhance positioning stability in dynamic environments.

   millimeter-level control
   (Screed/Milling Drum elevation error ≤ ±1mm) on Pavers/Millers, lead the design of closed-loop hydraulic/electrical control schemes (e.g., servo valve + pressure feedback fine-tuning) to overcome actuator response lag under high-frequency vibrations.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration & Implementation

Qualifications & Experience

1. Must-Have

2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering (Road Machinery focus), Automation, Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, or a related field.

3. 5+ years in intelligent assist/construction machinery

   : Solid understanding in at least 2 of these domains: Multi-sensor Fusion Positioning, Hydraulic/Electrical Control Systems, Algorithm Optimization for Complex Scenarios. Demonstrated success in deconstructing and delivering complex tech (e.g., breaking down "Millimeter-level Paver Smoothness Control" into perception-actuation-feedback loops).
6. Practical knowledge of road construction workflows (e.g., layered filling, dynamic compaction) and equipment operational principles (e.g., grader blade control, paver screed adjustment). Understands hydraulic system fundamentals (e.g., pressure-flow characteristics, valve control circuits).
