工作职责
(I) Accurate Diagnosis and Treatment
Disease Diagnosis: Possess in-depth knowledge of the theories and principles of otolaryngology. Accurately diagnose common and complex otolaryngological conditions by taking detailed medical histories, conducting comprehensive physical examinations, and appropriately utilizing relevant auxiliary diagnostic tools. Analyze the patient's condition to determine the cause of the disease.
Treatment Plan Formulation: Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient factors such as age, physical condition, and the severity of the disease. Proficiently apply various treatment modalities, including medication therapy and surgical interventions, to provide patients with the most suitable treatment options and achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
(II) Complex Surgical Procedures
Surgical Skills Mastery: Have a comprehensive understanding of the indications and contraindications for various otolaryngological surgical procedures. Demonstrate proficiency in surgical techniques, particularly in complex surgeries such as endoscopic nasal septoplasty and nasal sinusotomy. Select the most appropriate surgical approach based on the specific circumstances of each patient.
Surgical Safety Assurance: Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and surgical protocols during operations. Skillfully operate advanced surgical equipment and instruments to ensure the safety and success of surgeries. Closely monitor the patient's vital signs and promptly address any unexpected situations that may arise during surgery, minimizing surgical trauma and complications.
(III) Perioperative Management
Preoperative Management: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the patient's physical condition and surgical risks, and develop a detailed preoperative preparation plan. This includes providing psychological counseling to the patient, performing necessary physical examinations, conducting relevant laboratory tests, and completing other preparatory work to ensure the patient is in the best possible condition for surgery.
Intraoperative Monitoring: During surgery, closely monitor the patient's vital signs, surgical progress, and various physiological indicators. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the anesthesiologist and other members of the surgical team to ensure the smooth progress of the operation.
Postoperative Management: Closely observe the patient's recovery after surgery, including wound healing, vital sign changes, and the presence of complications. Adjust the treatment plan according to the patient's recovery status and provide detailed rehabilitation guidance, covering aspects such as diet, rest, and medication, to promote the patient's speedy recovery.
(IV) Assisting Renowned Expert Surgeons in Surgery
Preoperative Preparation: Familiarize yourself with the surgical style and requirements of the renowned expert surgeon. Communicate in advance with the expert regarding the surgical plan and details. Prepare the necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and materials, ensuring their proper functioning and availability. Assist in completing the patient's preoperative preparations, such as positioning, disinfection, and draping.
Intraoperative Cooperation: During surgery, maintain close communication and collaboration with the expert surgeon. Accurately understand the surgeon's intentions and promptly pass surgical instruments and necessary items. Closely monitor the patient's condition and assist the surgeon in handling any issues that may arise during the operation to ensure its smooth progress.
Postoperative Assistance: After surgery, assist the expert in handling the postoperative care of the patient, such as wound dressing and drainage tube placement. Organize and clean the surgical instruments and equipment, and perform postoperative disinfection work. Monitor the patient's postoperative recovery and promptly report any relevant information to the expert.

任职要求
Bachelor's degree or above, specializing in Otolaryngology; with more than 8 years of clinical experience in Otolaryngology, including over 3 years as an attending physician. Familiar with the service model and management philosophy of Harmony Family Healthcare, priority will be given to those with experience in private high-end medical institutions. Proficient in the basic theories and knowledge of Otolaryngology, able to accurately diagnose common and complex diseases, and skilled in formulating personalized treatment plans using medications, surgeries, and other methods.
