该职位来源于猎聘 注意能够在入职之后的前3个月左右在深圳工作(深圳宝安区),之后工作地点为上海嘉定外冈 Responsibilities 职责

• Initiate the QRQC in QIM database – participate in the containment and validate the robustness of the containment. - 在QIM数据库中启动QRQC——参与质量控制措施并验证其有效性
• Support APU Managers / Site Manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities. - 支持APU经理/工厂经理 进行QRQC 活动中分配的质量问题的分析
• Update the APU quality tracking charts : Customer Returns
• Cost of Non Quality … - 更新 APU 质量跟踪图表:客户退货 - 非质量成本……
• Perform audits on the line to detect non-respect of the Standard and identify with the APU the actions to be completed to therefore comply with the Standard - 对生产线进行审核,检测是否未遵守标准,并与APU一起确定需完成的措施以符合标准
• Participate in the eradication of Customer issues and Non Quality issues - 参与解决客户问题和非质量问题
• Along the APU QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and "Stop at first disagree" and "Stop at first no" are applied - 在 APU QRQC 会议上,确保遵守规则并应用"首次异议即停止"和"首次否定即停止"的原则
• Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue - 出现问题后改进控制计划
• Verify 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix - 根据产品或工艺变更,核实4M矩阵的遵守情况,并确保客户知晓并同意这些变更
• Update the quality documents following a process related change - 在工艺变更后及时更新相关质量文件
• Verify the continuous conformance of the process to generate product to specification in accordance with the control plans (machine capability – yearly product audit …) - 根据控制计划,验证工艺可持续性以生产符合规格的产品(如设备能力--年度产品审核等)
• Has authority to stop a manufacturing / assembly line in any situation where Standards are not respected or a safety or quality risk for the operator or for the customer has been detected or following a LLC Stability audit demonstrating lower than 100% - 有权在任何不遵守标准,或检测到操作员或客户存在安全或质量风险,或在LLC稳定性审核证明低于 100% 的情况下停止制造/装配线
• Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (communication/Escalation) - 在法雷奥内部代表客户处理质量问题(沟通/升级)
• In charge of PD , CA and closure management for Internal Suppliers incidents. - 负责内部供应商问题的PD、CA和关闭管理 Key Competences 关键能力
• Experience in on-site quality management - 有现场品质管理工作经验
• Automotive electronics industry background, familiar with the SMT process and PCBA quality control is preferred, proficient PCB production process is also acceptable - 有汽车电子行业背景,熟悉SMT工艺和PCBA品质控制尤佳,精通PCB生产工艺也可接受
• Quality tools--Autonomous, Quality standards (ISO TS skilled - 质量工具——自主、质量标准 (ISO TS 16949)——熟练 Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求
• Education/Training: Engineer degree - 教育/培训:工科方向
• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years in Production, 3 to 5 years in Automotive industry - 专业经验:3至5年生产经验,3至5年汽车行业经验
