Responsibilities:

  1. Represent process safety engineering disciplie to attend process hazard review and analysis including HAZID/HAZOP/SIL studies and responsible for action close out.
  2. Prepare safety basis of design, design safety design philosophies and specification for safety and fire fighting equipment.
  3. Prepare safety and fire fighting layout, escape route and life saving equipment layouts, safety system P&IDs, hazardous area classification.
  4. Perform fire water calculations and flare radiation simulation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Have over 10 years of working experience in chemical safety design in the oil and gas industry (offshore oil and gas preferred).
  3. Be familiar with relevant international norms and standards in the oil and gas industry, such as API, NACE, NORSOK, etc.
  4. Proficient in using chemical safety design software such as Pipenet, Flaresim, and DNV PHAST.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  6. Possess good English proficiency.
  7. Possess a spirit of teamwork.
