工作概要 Summary

能够独立或者带领小组,配合系统工程师和产品部门,完成系统性能的仿真分析任务,满足客户的系统性能开发目标。通过对公司流程、工具、产品知识、CAE知识等的较深理解,进行人员的培训、带教及公司层面的知识分享。

As a senior CAE engineer, be able to work independently or lead a team with SYS engineers and AE to complete system performance simulation tasks and meet customer performance development target. Through a deep understanding of the company's process, tools, product knowledge, CAE knowledge, etc., conduct employee training, teaching and knowledge sharing at the company level.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• 进行模块冲击等试验(气囊和安全带等),建立CAE模型,构建出稳定准确的CAE模型。

Do Airbag impactor or Drop Tower test and Seatbelt Dynamic tests, build CAE model and do correlation to make stable & correlated CAE model.

• 负责约束系统CAE的优化分析工作、明确产品的最优参数。

Responsible for optimization of CAE, define best parameters of safety products.

• 跟踪CAE 技术的发展趋势,并结合工作情况,应用到项目开发中。

Track the trend of CAE technology, and combined with the work situation, applied to the project development.

• 根据客户整车开发计划和公司的V-Model的开发流程,制定CAE分析计划并跟踪管控,完成各个阶段的相应任务及CAE分析报告。

According to the customer's vehicle development milestone and JSS V-Model process, Make the CAE plan and follow up the control, complete the corresponding tasks and CAE report in each development stage.

• 解决系统和产品开发中的相关问题,使产品性能满足性能要求。

Solve related problems in system and product development,And make product performance to meet with performance requirements.

• 根据法律法规、客户要求,在新业务报价中,定义具有竞争力的工程假设、和工程开发费用,提供给业务部门进行新业务报价分析,支持新业务的获得。

According to SOR of new business, define competitive development proposal & expense to support quotation.

• 知识培训;经验总结并推广;流程完善。

Training; Know-How collecting & application; Draw procedure & update in time.

学历&经验Education & Experience:

• 大学本科及以上学历,汽车、材料、力学等相关专业。

Bachelor degree or above, major in Automobile Engineering, Materials,Material Mechanics or related field.

• 五年及以上约束系统开发、仿真分析或者整车安全开发的经验。

Above 5 years related work experiences on SRS development, simulation, or vehicle safety development.

技能Skills

• 掌握本业务领域内的体系和制度,在工作中遵循流程和标准。

Master system development process and spec., and follow the process and standard in work.

• 熟悉标准内容、实验方法、评估标准(相关工作的法规、NCAP、IIHS/C-IASI等)。

Familiar with standard contents, experimental methods, evaluation criteria (related Regulation、NCAP/IIHS/C-IASI, etc.).

• 熟悉假人及AIS伤害标准的定义,以及各种法规中的规定。

Familiar with the definition of dummy and AIS injury standards, as well as definition in various regulations

• 熟练掌握所采用的CAE分析软件,包括网格处理、关键字定义以及优化分析等。

Familiar with CAE analysis software used in project, including mesh processing, keyword definition and optimization analysis, etc.

• 具有一定的约束系统知识,包括碰撞试验、滑车试验等操作,以及系统集成开发流程。

Have knowledge of safety restraint system,including crash test,sled test and procedure of sys development.

• 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

• 熟练操作电脑,熟悉办公化的相关软件,如:WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOIN/PROJECT。

Familiar with PC and Office software.
