Your Contribution 

As a CAE Engineer, you will lead the development, correlation and deployment of transient and steady-state thermal simulation models for complete vehicles and sub-systems (cooling module, HVAC, thermal management module).  Deliver robust, validated digital prototypes that predict real-world thermal performance and drive design decisions before physical hardware exists.

  • Build and run 1-D/3-D CFD/FEA analysis for thermal products (HVAC, ECM, TMM) and key components in the module.
  • Propose geometry or material changes that reduce weight, cost and energy consumption while meeting product performance, function and durability targets.
  • Generate clear technical reports and presentations for product development engineers and customers.
  • Participate in design reviews, ensure CAE sign-off on gateway deliverables.
  • Map simulation results to DFMEA, DVP&R and warranty-reduction targets.
  • Continuous Improvement by evaluating new meshing, solver and HPC technologies; reduce average model turnaround time.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields. More than 3 years CAE experience (excl. training) in automotive thermal management or engine branch field
  • Familiar with thermal or engine component development process
  • Solid Knowledge and engineering experience at CFD, Professional at STARCD/CCM+
  • Familiar with ANSA,Hypermesh or Medina(meshing software)  
  • Very good Knowledge at Linux operation system and familiar with MS Office software
  • Good teamwork spirit
  • Self-motivated and willing to work hard
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Responsible and honest
  • High creativity
  • Excellent service attitude and strong communication skills
