Your role

As a Application Engineer, your mission is to support OEM and work together with sales to achieve team's target. You will report to Application Manager.

You will

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate/execute strategy to achieve marketing target
  • Know semiconductor OEM process and provide the competitive vacuum pump solution
  • Application support including recommending product models, configure list, simulation report of process and etc.
  • Close with the OEM product team for supporting customers' new tool development
  • Support sales teams for design-in-win projects and develop new application marketing
  • Support new product evaluation to ensure successful qualification on OEM customers
  • Project implementation and management for meeting the customer's requirements
  • Contributing product strategy through identifying competitors' application market environment
  • Visit OEM regularly and listen to Customer's Voice to improve customer's satisfaction
  • Building stable cooperative relationship with OEM technical team and product team

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Microelectronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • 2~3 years' experience in the semiconductor industry, with sound knowledge and experience of vacuum products, it will be preferred with turbo pump, dry pump application experience background
  • Proven ability in sales support role with experience in technical supporting OEM customers
  • Good knowledge of major OEM process tools and competitor's product
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking
