Your Mission: Lead. Innovate. Transform.

As the
Number One Leader in Industrial Design
, you will:

• Define and Drive Global Design Strategy
• Craft and implement a holistic design vision—spanning hardware, software, and ecosystem solutions—that resonates with diverse international audiences, particularly in North America and Europe. Your work will elevate brand perception, foster emotional connection, and create undeniable competitive advantage.
• Build a Cohesive and Scalable Visual Brand Language (VBL)
• Lead the creation of hero products that embody veSync's design DNA. You will establish and evolve our Design Playbook—guiding form, CMF, interaction, and packaging—ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience at every touchpoint.
• Bridge Design, Business, and Technology
• Spearhead collaboration across ID, UI/UX, packaging, product management, R&D, and supply chain. You will ensure that design not only inspires—but also delivers—driving GMV growth and aligning innovation with manufacturability and market success.
• Lead and Inspire a World-Class Design Team
• Mentor and grow a talented team of 35+ designers. Foster a culture of design thinking, excellence, and innovation across the organization—ensuring design plays a pivotal role in strategic decision-making.

Who We're Looking For:

• A strategic design leader with a proven track record of building and scaling design systems for global consumer brands.
• Deep understanding of Western user lifestyles, aesthetics, and cultural nuances—you know what resonates in kitchens, living rooms, and personal spaces across the US and Europe.
• Experience in leading end-to-end design innovation—from user research and trend analysis to design for manufacturing (DFM) and mass production.
• A systems thinker who can translate brand strategy into tangible, iconic product experiences.
• An inspirational leader who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
