该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSIBILITIES职责:

• Make the whole plant equipment maintenance plan; continuously update the PM work instruction according to the equipment status, improve the PM plan downtime efficiency;制定全厂设备维护保养计划;依据设备状态持续更新PM作业指导书,提高PM计划停机效率;
• Collect equipment failure information, organize team to carry out PM maintenance and planned maintenance.搜集设备故障信息,组织团队进行PM维护和计划性维修(CM);
• Record production, repair and machine maintenance information; participate in the repair of production line problems, lead the improvement of repeatability problem. 记录生产 、维修及机器维护保养信息;参与产线疑难故障的维修,主导重复性问题的改善;
• Develop predictive maintenance plan, introduce process detection methods, continuously improve control chart management, and organize implementation. 制定预知性维护计划,引入过程检测的方法,持续完善控制图的管理,并组织实施;
• Responsible for the closing rate of the production line PM work order in the responsible area, the closing rate of the planned work order and the down time rate对责任区域产线PM工单的关闭率、计划工单的关闭率和宕产率负责;
• Responsible for personal and team safety during PM period. 对个人和PM期间的团队安全负责;
• Develop regional inspection forms and follow up daily performance of technician team.制定并组织区域巡检表,跟踪技术员团队日常执行情况;
• TPM work implement. TPM工作的组织和开展;

• No recordable accident for personal and team during PM period. 个人和PM期间无安全可记录事故;
• Regional equipment downtime rate up to target.区域宕产率达标;

• Continuous improvement for cost saving. 改善节约费用达标; QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
• Min. 5 years experience in equipment maintenance, responsible for the plant maintenance plan and implement. 5年以上设备维护保养经验,负责全厂设备维护保养计划的编制和执行;
• TPM implement experience. 有TPM的组织和推广经验;
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automation engineering.机电相关专业背景,本科及以上学历;
• Electrician license required.持有电工证;
• Familiar with pneumatic/hydraulic/transmission system repair and maintenance.熟悉气动、液压和机械传动系统的故障维修和预防性维护;
• Familiar with vibration, temperature and other status on-line monitoring technology, master measurement and control technology and LabView is preferred.

熟悉设备的振动、温度等状态在线监测技术,掌握测控技术和LabView者优先;

• Familiar with Office, CAD software.熟练掌握Office,CAD操作;
• Fluent English both in writing and reading is preferred.流利的英语读写和沟通能力优先;
