  • Report to Div VP-Asia Controller, with a dotted line report to China Country Managers, and provide overall financial leadership to the finance team in China
  • Work closely with the Business Unit Controllers and support their financial reporting
  • Maintain effective internal controls
  • Ensure tax & SOX compliance including transfer pricing management
  • Support due diligence process for potential acquisition targets in China
  • Provide leadership and oversee statutory, tax and management reporting as well as budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Support integration of new business units into China entities including financial reporting, business processes, ERP system set up and support.
  • Develop the financial staff
  • Work closely with India Finance shared service team to ensure effective support to China finance organization
  • Control overhead costs and expenses
  • Provide financial support to China country manager to meet growth strategies and solve business challenges
  • Ensure continuous process alignment and finance team integration for all 6 legal entities in China
  • Support treasury & working capital management
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax bureau
