ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES
:

  1. Through the direction of the supervision, manage and direct the flow of work, material and personnel, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste, on a daily basis, to assist the company in the attainment of their established goals for quality, productivity and timely delivery:
  2. Working closely with scheduling personnel, to assure availability of necessary resources to perform maintenance scheduled assignments.
  3. Review and revise Standard Repair Work Instructions, as necessary.
  4. Provide training resources to assigned associates.
  5. Monitor, develop, recommend and implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance and quality of production.
  6. Continuous improvement activities and maintain IATF16949 and TISAX and EHS system compliance.
  7. Strictly control downtime in order to maintain smooth production, and safety improvements.
  8. Oversight maintenance headcount, utilize excellent efficiency and reduce waste.
  9. Coaching people build good talent ladder, at the same time working closely with HR department.
  10. Candidates have contributing mindset and works closely with relative managers.
  11. Detailly focus on cost reduction and annual maintenance planning efforts.
  12. Active team participant in Kaizen, lean manufacturing and problem-solving initiatives.
  13. Participate and perform inputs from technical standpoint as required.
  14. Perform technical/administrative duties, as necessary, to include:
  15. Associate scheduling and attendance records
  16. Requires maintaining records and documentation
  17. M&R cost Budgeting
  18. Maintenance, major repair scheduling
  19. Spare parts planning
  20. Plant utility control and seeking improvements
  21. ECAR required material and emergency appropriation development
  22. Quoting for potential Business
  23. Review and regulate staffing meeting requirements
  24. Instrumental in the Performance management process by conducting performance appraisals.
  25. Comply with IATF16949, EHS and CQI system's requirements
  26. Comply with RESRG Employee manual, Code of Conduct, company social Accountability management requirements.
  27. Comply with TISAX requirements

Qualifications
:

  1. Bachlor degree preferred, and major in Engineering or automation background.
  2. 7-10 years' experience in maintenance, and preferred automotive product experience.
  3. Manufacturing equipment maintenance knowledge, electroplating of molded plastics industry preferred.
  4. Nonstandard automation knowledge desired. Good budget control skills.
  5. Strong management, communication and people skills.
  6. Good self-study ability, good team organization mindset, logical and data analysis skills.
  7. Internal audit: certificate of IATF16949/VDA6.3/ISO9001
  8. Experienced applications of APQP, PPAP, PFEMA, SPC, MSA and 8D problem solving, etc.
