职位描述

  1. 拓展新商户及维护老商户,与商户建立长期稳定的区域商户关系
  2. 顾问式思维,针对区域连锁餐饮品牌的外卖运营,制定月度/季度/年度计划,并对规划品类、品牌全网络营销方案有自己的独特思考
    3.了解并根据商户需求,制定个性化营销方案,与商户谈判并达成合作
  3. 策划客户的线上线下活动及宣传方案,并有效落地执行
  4. 完成公司制定量化的销售目标;

职位要求

  1. 有品牌连锁运营/本地生活代运营/大客户洽谈(可跨行业)/餐饮优质门店店长及以上经验优先
  2. 具有亲和力,较强的人际沟通能力及逻辑思维能力
  3. 具备较强的抗压力和自驱力,聪明、皮实、乐观、自省
  4. 学习能力强,有一定的创新和策划能力,灵活适应性强,能适应变化、乐于接受挑战
  5. 熟练使用办公软件:excel、ppt
