Responsibilities:

  1. Handle arbitration and litigation matters related to the company's daily operations.
  2. Participate in drafting and revising various internal policies and regulations.
  3. Draft, review, and amend routine business contracts; provide legal advice on company affairs.
  4. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law; must have passed the National Legal Profession Qualification Examination. Professional proficiency in English is required. Possession of a Common Law jurisdiction bar license is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in arbitration.
  3. Strong analytical and communication skills, quick thinking, logical reasoning, and a good sense of teamwork. Must be diligent, steady, and enjoy delving into research.
  4. High personal integrity and professional ethics, strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations, and ability to perform duties faithfully.
