What You'll Do:

• Deeply involved in the entire product lifecycle for AI foundation model development, providing legal advice and risk assessments to ensure our products are launched and run in a compliant manner.
• Help build and refine a robust legal compliance system and governance framework to support our global market expansion.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents to support business growth.
• Handle the day-to-day management of company legal records and protect our corporate assets.
• Effectively manage external legal resources, coordinate with outside counsel, and respond quickly to any legal emergencies.
• Continuously monitor global regulations and governance trends to provide forward-looking and proactive legal strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in a major jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a top law firm.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law. Experience in data privacy or intellectual property would be a strong plus.
• A strong sense of ownership and a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and legal issues.
• Excellent learning agility and tech-savviness, able to quickly grasp complex AI concepts.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters.
