Apple is looking for a passionate, innovative and practical attorney to join our Retail Legal team to support the company's rapid growth in the APAC digital markets. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the people running one of the most dynamic and successful businesses on earth. This position offers the opportunity to work on a great variety of legal matters relating to our online store businesses, including supporting the launch and operation of various commercial programs, complex commercial deals with external partners, new business opportunity development, regulatory investigations, and day-to-day operational issues for our online store businesses across APAC.

Description
There is no typical day when you support Apple Retail, and you will have a variety of exciting matters in your pocket. The ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience in handling digital market related legal issues and excellent complex commercial contract negotiation skills. The candidate needs to be able to navigate through complexities and conflicting interests to provide creative and practical solutions to our business teams, as well as demonstrating a superior ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration with both legal and business colleagues alike.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 8 years relevant legal experience at a major MNC or a leading law firm.
Experience on providing legal advice on e-commerce matters and familiar with e-commerce related regulations and consumer laws.
Experience in leading commercial negotiations with major payment service providers and marketplaces.
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complex commercial deals in both Chinese and English.
A quick learner with passion for business. A good team-player with strong influencing skills. Ability and commitment to work independently and collaboratively with people at different levels and functions. Ability to produce high quality work product under time constraint.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Self motivated with excellent time management skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
LLB from Chinese law school.
Admission to China.

Preferred Qualifications
LLM from law school in a common law country.

Admission to other APAC countries.

Legal related working experience in other APAC countries outside of China.
