Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:Define customer/product specific strategy in alignment with Sales and BU management to achieve profitable growthAcquire, manage, industrialize, and launch process responsible for all projects and enable a transfer of lessons learned.  Completed in accordance to VC project management processes from RFQ through EOP (Including IAM & Spare)Build up and develop contact to all technical functions of specified customersActively monitor and work to improve contribution margin for production and service parts under application team responsibility.  This includes VAVE and process improvements activities supportQualifications:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent> 3 years of project/program managementKnowledge about Customer Acquisition and Project Management is necessaryAnalytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills across cultures.
