Experience
4+ years experience in project management
Required Skills
Fully bilingual in French and English, proven project management and coordination experience with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Appreciated Skills
Previous experience in managing European-funded or interprofessional projects, as well as knowledge of reporting procedures and public funding compliance, will be highly valued.

Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and reporting capabilities
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns and deliverables under tight deadlines
- Excellent client servicing, oral and written communication skills in both French and English; Chinese is a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to consolidate results and prepare financial summaries
- Good understanding of digital marketing, budget management, and performance tracking
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and multicultural environment
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of European-funded programmes in the F&B industry across four Asian territories
- Manage administrative and financial follow-up, including supplier management, budget control, and official reporting documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budget tracking, invoice validation, and consolidation of partner reports
- Prepare detailed campaign reports, analyzing performance indicators, media coverage, and impact metrics
- Provide regular updates and planning documents to the client to ensure maximum transparency and satisfaction
- Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of marketing and communication activities (PR, social media, advertising, events...)
- Coordinate with internal teams (account managers, creative, production) and external partners (suppliers, media, industry stakeholders)
- Benchmark and evaluate suppliers, ensuring full compliance with European reporting standards
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and identify potential roadblocks
- Support in preparing proposals and tenders, including market research and interviews with industry experts
