职位描述:

  • Outlets management, incl. showcase decoration management, showcase location choose, promoters recuritment, training & management 销售门店的管理,包括:门店布置的管理、门店位置的选择、促销员的招聘、培训和管理
  • Customers management, incl. regular customer contact and visit, products introduction to customers, orders negotiation, balance reconciliation etc. 客户管理,包括定期的客户拜访、沟通,产品的介绍、订单的沟通等工作
  • Search new customers & expand dealership in responsible area 在自己负责区域寻找新客户,与现有客户维护良好的关系
  • Implement promotion activities defined by headquarter & Sales Region, plan and implement localized sales promotion activities 执行区域销售办事处或总部制定的促销活动,规划并执行本地的促销活动方案
  • Track the target accomplishment status, and find relevant measures to accomplish the target 跟踪目标的完成进度,根据销售指标的完成情况,制定相应措施
  • Other activities, e.g. handling complaints of end-consumers… 其他事宜处理,例如:消费者抱怨处理…

Job Profile: 职位要求: 1、本科及以上学历;

  • Bachelor degree or above; 2、有家电、家居及市场拓展经验者优先;
  • Experience in home appliances and market development is preferred; 3、具有较强的沟通表达、协调处理和谈判能力,客户导向强
