该职位来源于猎聘 德国Schomburg胜堡于1937年创办,是一家拥有80多年历史的专业防水防腐材料生产商,建立至今一直致力于建筑防水防潮与防腐保护系统,集研发、生产、贸易、施工、技术支持于一体的现代化综合企业,拥有多种完善的建筑保护材料系统与应用方案。 胜堡产品自2009年引入中国,2019年年中正式在上海成立办事处,2020年胜堡化学建材(上海)有限公司成立,致力服务于中国市场。 应业务发展需要,诚聘以下人才: 华东大区销售经理、工程类销售经理– 德国高品质建筑防水、混凝土添加剂 (工作地点:江浙沪)
Major Responsibilities主要职责:
- Responsible for the development and management of new customers and the maintenance and management of existing customers in the region
开发与管理新经销商,负责区域内的合作经销商的维护与管理 -Responsible for pushing the cooperation with design institutes in the region
负责区域内的设计院拜访、推进与区域内的高端设计公司与高端施工公司的合作 - provide comprehensive technical advice on the construction site and at the customer's site 在施工现场和客户现场提供全面的技术咨询。 -Responsible for the follow-up of cooperated projects and the promotion of new projects
负责合作项目的跟进及新项目的推进工作
- Technical support of customers nation-wide
向国内经销商团队提供施工技术支持
- Preparation and updating technical documentation
协助经销商撰写具体施工方案
- Be responsible for product training and technical consultation for sales partners and customers
负责对销售合作伙伴和客户进行产品培训和技术咨询
- Exchange and translation of project information, inquiries, quotations brochures and samples as well as support on major projects in coordination with local architects and relevant dealers
交流和翻译系统方案信息、产品信息,协助当地经销商对重点合作案子的推进
- Gather market information about competitors, counterfeits, projects etc.
收集竞争对手、仿冒品、项目等市场信息
Additional Responsibilities附属职责:
- Development and selection of sales partners in allocated regions / provinces 在所指派区域/省份开发和遴选销售合作伙伴
- Support, coordination and supervision of the sales network of dealers 支持、协调和监督经销商的销售网络 -Be responsible for achieving sales and business goals in the allocated regions 负责完成所指派区域的销售业务目标
- Other tasks assigned by headquarter 总部所交办的其他任务
Basic Requirements基本要求:
- Age 28-35, building waterproof, concrete additives and other related sales experience
年龄28-35岁,有建筑防水或者高端建材主材等相关销售工作经历
- Familiar with concrete additives, penetration crystallization, concrete waterproof and anticorrosion industries
熟悉混凝土添加剂、渗透结晶防水、混凝土防水防腐等行业
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience with waterproofing products or in construction industry, experience with foreign brands preferred
至少3年以上的防水产品或建筑行业的销售工作经验,有国外品牌经验者优先
- Great project management skills
具备丰富的项目管理技能
- Basic knowledge in chemical and/or environment protection industry preferred
具备化工和/或环保行业基础知识者优先
- Familiar with MS-Office and computerized work methods
熟悉MS-Office和计算机化的工作方式
- Willing to learn English in an appropriate time level
具备英文基础,可以在一定的时间段内提升英语口语
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills with active and reliable personality, be able to work systematically and independently
良好的人际沟通和表达能力,积极可靠,工作有条理,能独立工作
- Customer-oriented and process-oriented
以客户为导向,注重工作流程
- Willing to travel frequently in China
