您的工作概况

  • 学习并协助推动可持续的销售和市场份额增长,识别客户需求和商机。
  • 建立稳固的客户关系,支持并协调 IFF 的销售相关活动,推广相关解决方案。
  • 负责指定客户的工作,并对所分配的商业成果负责。

您将在何处创造价值?

  • 了解特定市场、客户环境以及客户活动、战略、品牌、市场、消费者,利用可用资源进行信息收集。
  • 通过定期会议与客户建立关系。
  • 发展对客户决策标准的理解。
  • 及时且准确地记录客户拜访情况及洞察。
  • 向 IFF 运营团队传达客户的供应链目标、流程、组织架构及评估指标。
  • 就客户的供应问题与客户服务团队进行协商,并在直线经理的支持下提供解决方案并执行。

您为何是最佳人选?

  • 大专或以上学历,专业优先为商业、市场营销、理科或工程类
  • 5年及以上食品等相关行业的商务或者研发经验,方便面领域经验为佳
  • 有本土食品客户销售经验,有广泛的食品行业网络
  • 读写简单英文即可,不要求口语流利
  • 愿意出差、客户拜访
