About the Role

岗位:高级专员,培训与大单支持岗

主要职责:

  •  负责所属机构渠道支持团队及渠道伙伴培训/赋能活动的组织与开展;并策划、组织、推动部门各类培训及培训推广活动;

  •  根据分公司人力发展计划,提供优增、优育推动相关赋能培训;

  • 根据分公司银保发展策略,以培养和发展为目标,为BDD/BDM提供专业技能培训,打造高绩效团队;

  • 配合主持银保内外部各项晨会与夕会;

  • 协同分公司培训团队,为所属机构的渠道支持团队及渠道伙伴提供培训与大单支持,包括现场培训、大单辅导与成功案例分享、线上培训等,确保渠道重点活动顺利进行,提升大额交易能力;

  • 全力支持合作银行VIP客户沙龙、大单销售支持,推动大单成交。

任职基本要求:

  • 大学本科及以上学历;

  • 3年以上保险或银行工作经验,有培训、高净值客户保险营销或管理相关经验优先考虑;

  • 沟通协调能力强,表达能力、商务演示能力佳。
