About the Role

参与构建并负责维护团险数据平台及报表平台。理解团险各业务团队所需数据分析的场景以及分析目的,助力各业务团队更高效地开展数据分析与决策。

工作职责:

  • 熟悉团体保险(团险)业务的逻辑与流程,涵盖售前、售中及售后各环节中相关数据的业务含义。

  • 收集用户对报表、数据分析的需求,并能够深入理解用户需求背后的本质目标,挖掘其深层次业务诉求,设计相应团险报表平台功能满足业务需求。

  • 深入分析团险业务的数据分析和报表需求,协助IT设计合理的数据结构与数据权限控制架构,以提升数据的准确性与安全性。

  • 参与数据平台的整体设计,并在平台上线后保持与业务部门的持续沟通,深入了解用户痛点、需求变化,不断推动数据平台功能的持续优化与迭代升级。同时协同技术团队(开发、测试、运维),确保需求的准确传递与高效落地实施。

  • 具备需求全生命周期管理能力,能够跟踪需求实现进度,并评估需求变更对项目的影响。

  • 能够独立撰写需求文档、操作手册及培训材料,确保团队和用户准确理解并高效使用数据平台。同时组织业务培训,提升用户的数据平台应用能力与数据分析水平。

  • 负责总分公司在数据平台使用过程中各类生产问题的排查与解决,包括问题答疑、缺陷分析及解决方案的制定与实施,并主导生产问题修复的测试验证与上线部署工作。

  • 主管安排的其他系统需求分析工作。

任职要求:

  • 学历要求:本科及以上学历,计算机、信息管理、统计学、数学、金融等相关专业优先。

  • 行业经验:5年以上保险行业工作经验、3年以上数据分析、数据平台建设或BI项目经验,有金融、保险、互联网、制造业等行业背景者优先。

  • 技术能力:了解主BI工具:了解主流BI工具如Power BI、Tableau、FineBI、SmartBI等,有使用经验者优先。数据平台知识:了解数据仓库(Data Warehouse)、数据治理、数据质量管理等概念。系统架构理解,能理解平台架构与功能模块。

  • 加分项(优先考虑):熟悉数据中台建设、数据分析项目者优先。
