  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships. Define and implement activities to ensure the necessary customer satisfaction. 保持和加强现有客户关系, 定义和实施活动,以确保必要的客户满意度.

  • Prepare and introduce new products together with the internal customer team - place clear orders and distribute them into the organization - define and implement quality objectives. 与内部客户团队一起准备并导入新产品,将其明确的订单并分发到组织中,制定并实施质量目标.
  • Ensure compliance with the APQP process, Set Product-related quality objectives and ensure compliance within the company. 确保APQP规则,制定产品相关的质量目标,确保公司内部的合规性。
  • Accompany Design FMEA's and pursue Process FMEA's for new production processes. 依照设计FMEA制定新产品工艺的过程FMEA。
  • Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. Edit complaints in accordance with the procedural instruction including the creation of the 8D report in time. 对客户退货原因分析,处理客户投诉,按照程序指令制作8D报告。
  • Specify necessary serial accompanying tests and checks. Ensure that these tests are taken over into work instructions

  • Keep reporting continually updated and maintain ppm status at product level in case of customer rating out of target. 不断更新和保持产品水平ppm的状态.
  • Perform Central audit planning with QMS. Perform Product audit (VDA 6.5), product-related process audits and requalification's and pursue counter measures. 与QMS一起计划总体审核计划, 执行产品审核(VDA6.5)与产品相关的过程审核和Requalificaiton的对策。 Requirements 任职要求:
  • Bachelor degree or above. 本科或以上学历。
  • Five years working experience in CQE or SQE position in automotive or electronics industry. 汽车或电子行业,5年以上客户质量或供应商质量工作经验。
  • Proficient in AIAG five major tools. 熟悉质量五大工具。
  • Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5. 熟悉IATF 16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5。
  • Presentation and communication skills. 良好的汇报和沟通技巧。
  • Fluent English, both oral and written. Proficiency in Korean is preferred. 英语听说读写数量,韩语熟练优先。
